FAQ -

Q:  How do I reserve a date?

A:  Simply print the contract from our Videography Contract or Photography Contract link, and drop it in the mail along with a deposit of $100 to secure the date.  Once we've received payment, your date is assured.

Q:  My Wedding has been canceled, do I receive a refund?

A: -  $100 deposit is required to lock in the date. This amount is fully refunded if the contract is cancelled 60 days prior to the event.

50% of the Balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding date.  If 50% of the balance is not received 60 days prior, we do have the

option of releasing your date and forfeit of your deposit.

Final total is due 14 days prior to actual wedding date.

Q:  Tell me about your Videography Services?

A:  We record every wedding using 3 different Cameras and angles, and use a powerful wireless microphone, editing them together for a unique viewing experience for everyone that watches your wedding.

Q:  Can I see some of S & B Wedding Images past work?

A:  Absolutely.  Just email or call for a Free Demo DVD.  Click on our Demo Request link for details.

Q:  How is your Video different from other Companies?

A:  We always record with 3 Video cameras...most companies use only 2, or even 1.  All of our Video Cameras are mounted on Tripods to avoid those shaky, hand held shots, and all are set up at unique angles.  We also use a Powerful Wireless Microphone to capture your vows...don't let your voices be lost to history!  Everyone can normally hear the Minister, but they rarely can hear the Bride and Groom!  This is especially important at outdoor ceremonies.

Q:  How many Photos will I get with S & B Wedding Images?

A:  We provide you with every photo we shoot on DVD or CD to enable you to take your shots anywhere you like, whenever you like, to have as many prints created as you like.  Typically, the number of photos ranges around 1000-1500.

Q:  Can I pay with a Credit Card?

A:  Yes, we accept credit card payments through Paypal services.  Please see www.paypal.com for more information, or drop us an email and we'll be glad to guide you through that process.  We also accept Checks.

Q:  Do you offer any discounts or incentives?

A:  We always offer a standard $100 off if you secure both our Videography and Photography services.  We also offer 15% off for Weekday or Sunday Weddings.  From time to time, we also offer additional incentives, so check our Web Page often!

Q:  How would you describe your crew?

A:  Extremely friendly and easy going.  We like to be part of the enjoyment of the wedding, not interfere.

Q:  I would like more full service for my Photography needs, can you quote me a price including Pictures and Albums?

A:  Yes we can.  Please call or email us with your specific needs, and we will give you a Customized Price quote.

Q:  I would like to order additional copies of my Wedding Video, how much do they cost, and can I order them anytime?

A:  Yes, we do offer additional copies at only $20 each (plus shipping and sales tax), and you can order them anytime...even years later.

Q:  I don't see a package plan that fits my needs.  Does S & B Wedding Images Customize Packages?

A:  Yes we do.  Please call or email us with your specific needs, and we will be happy to customize a quote for you.

Q: What does the photographer do to the pictures after the ceremony?

A: The pictures are downloaded onto computer, and each image is viewed for composition, color correctness, and correct lighting.  Next, a second scan is performed for corrections to lighting or color.  This is performed for every photograph.  Once that is completed, all images are segmented into individual folders to make it convenient for the bride and groom to view.

Q: What kind of special editing work is performed?

A: Once all of the pictures are scanned, we search for anything that would look interesting in alternate formats, such as black and white, or even a mix of color and black and white.  Also, generally 3 or so individual digitally created pictures are made for the bride and groom.

Q: How much cosmetic work is done on pictures?

A: The amount depends on the subject.  For example, if a bride has a tattoo she wants removed, it can be performed on many of the pictures.  Also, with the beaches here in Florida, a tan is a very tempting thing to have, but we will only be able to blend the tanlines of the major photos.
